WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND EXCHANGES
INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal without giving a reason applies exclusively to the Client who is a Consumer.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

of your decision to withdraw from this Contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You may also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form on our website. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this Contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this Contract to us.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

EXCHANGES
You have the option to exchange purchased goods within 10 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods are returned unused, clean, in "perfect" condition, together with the original box, any tags, and the proof of purchase (please mark it with "EXCHANGE"), along with a note containing the ordering party's details and the order number.

To ensure your exchange is processed quickly, please contact our Order Department.
The shipping costs for the new product to the customer are:
- 15 PLN – if payment is made by bank transfer.
- 19 PLN – for Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.
In the case of ordering goods cheaper than the returned ones, we will refund the difference in the purchase price upon receipt of the return shipment. The exchange will be processed only after receiving the return shipment. Please ensure the package is carefully packed.
Discounted and promotional products are not subject to return or exchange.
At the same time, we inform you that we do not accept any shipments sent to us at our expense or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Shipping costs in the event of an exchange resulting from an incorrect order fulfillment by the store are covered by Przyprawka.pl.
Gift wrapping is a service and is non-refundable.
