Terms and Conditions of the Online Store Przyprawka.pl

§1 General Provisions

These regulations define the rules for using the online store Przyprawka.pl, placing orders, executing purchases, and the rights and obligations of customers.

Every user, by making a purchase in the store, accepts these regulations and agrees to abide by their provisions.

§2 Orders and Execution

  1. Orders in the store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. To make a purchase, the customer selects a product, adds it to the cart, and finalizes the order by providing the required data and choosing the payment and delivery method.
  3. The order is processed after the payment is credited (in the case of bank transfer or online payment) or after its confirmation (in the case of Cash on Delivery).
  4. The order processing time is 1-3 business days from the moment of purchase confirmation.
  5. The customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail to the address provided during the ordering process.

§3 Prices and Payments

  1. All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT).
  2. The store offers various forms of payment, including:

    • Online payment (e.g., PayU, Przelewy24)
    • Credit/Debit card payment
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  3. The store reserves the right to change product prices, organize promotions, and terminate them at any time.

§4 Delivery and Shipping Costs

  1. Orders are delivered within the territory of Poland via courier companies.
  2. Shipping costs are calculated according to the current price list available in the store and visible at the order placement stage.
  3. For orders with a value exceeding 300 PLN, the store may offer free shipping.

§5 Returns and Complaints

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
  2. Returns are only possible for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
  3. Any complaints regarding the order should be reported to the e-mail address sklep@przyprawka.pl or by phone at +48 600 238 265.
  4. The store undertakes to consider complaints within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

§6 Personal Data Protection and Marketing Consents

  1. By making a purchase in the Przyprawka.pl store, the customer consents to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the order, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  2. Personal data is protected in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR.
  3. Consent to receive marketing materials:
    • By accepting the regulations, the customer consents to receiving commercial information, promotional offers, and marketing materials concerning the Przyprawka.pl store to the provided e-mail address and phone number.
    • This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the store's support or clicking on the unsubscribe link found in every marketing message.

§7 Final Provisions

  1. The store reserves the right to make changes to the regulations. Any changes come into force at the moment of their publication on the store's website.
  2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  3. Any disputes arising from the implementation of orders will be resolved amicably, and in the absence of an agreement – by the competent court.
